Root Canal
A Root Canal is a dental procedure used to treat infection or damage in the pulp (soft inner tissue) of a tooth. The process involves removing the infected or inflamed pulp, cleaning and disinfecting the root canals, and then filling and sealing them to prevent further infection. A crown is often placed afterward to restore the tooth’s strength and function. Root canals help save natural teeth, relieve pain, and prevent the need for extraction.
Dental Implant
A Dental Implant is a surgical component that replaces a missing tooth by fusing with the jawbone to support a crown, bridge, or denture. Made typically of titanium, it acts as an artificial tooth root, providing a stable and long-lasting solution for tooth loss. The process involves placement, osseointegration (bone fusion), and attaching a prosthetic tooth. Dental implants offer natural look, improved function, and prevent bone loss.

Teeth Whitening
Teeth Whitening is a cosmetic dental procedure that lightens teeth and removes stains or discoloration, resulting in a brighter smile. It can be done professionally at a dentist’s office (using stronger bleaching agents like hydrogen peroxide) or at home using whitening kits, strips, or toothpaste. Common causes of tooth staining include coffee, tea, tobacco, and aging. While effective, overuse can cause tooth sensitivity or gum irritation. Results vary based on the method used and the natural shade of teeth. Regular dental care helps maintain whitening effects.
Full Mouth Reconstruction
Full Mouth Reconstruction is a comprehensive dental procedure that involves restoring or rebuilding all teeth in both the upper and lower jaws. It combines various treatments—such as crowns, bridges, veneers, implants, dentures, or gum therapy—to improve function, aesthetics, and oral health. Ideal for patients with severe decay, trauma, bite issues, or extensive tooth wear, this customized process aims to restore a healthy, functional, and natural-looking smile. Treatment plans vary based on individual needs and may require multiple visits.

Pediatric Dentistry
Pediatric Dentistry is a specialized branch of dentistry focused on the oral health of infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special needs. It emphasizes preventive care, early diagnosis, and treatment of dental conditions, including cavities, gum diseases, and developmental issues. Pediatric dentists use child-friendly techniques to create a positive dental experience, ensuring proper growth and maintenance of primary and permanent teeth. Common procedures include cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and habit counseling (e.g., thumb-sucking). The goal is to promote lifelong dental hygiene and healthy smiles in young patients.
Braces & Aligners
Braces are fixed orthodontic devices made of metal, ceramic, or plastic brackets bonded to teeth, connected by wires. They gradually straighten teeth by applying continuous pressure, correcting misalignment, gaps, and bite issues. Treatment typically lasts 1–3 years, requiring regular adjustments.
Aligners (e.g., envisaging) are clear, removable trays custom-made from plastic to fit snugly over teeth. They shift teeth incrementally, with trays changed every 1–2 weeks. Nearly invisible and convenient for eating/cleaning, they treat mild to moderate alignment issues in 6–18 months, but require strict wear-time compliance (20–22 hours/day).
Key Difference: Braces are more effective for complex cases, while aligners offer discretion and flexibility but demand patient discipline.
